Our Team
Mike Innace, CEO
Mike is the founder and president of Premier Home Buyers. He began his career in real estate over 7 years ago when he founded the parent company C&M Premier Properties. Mike has had great success in the industry with almost 100 homes purchased. Mike is a graduate of William Floyd High School in which his entrepreneurial journey began. Over 10 years ago he started his first business Premier Power Washing which he still oversees to this day. Outside of business in his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife, family, friends, and dogs.
Jake Romano, CAO
Jake is the Chief Acquisition Officer of Premier Home Buyers. He began his professional career out of high school. Jake began working at Paraco gas, one of the largest propane companies on Long Island as a service technician where he holds a CDL. Jake earned his Bachelors of business management from Farmingdale state college. After graduating Jake began working in the financial advisory business with the biggest brokerage firm on Long Island where he holds his series 7 & 63 licenses.
